What is the trans-clear ghost shroud from?

@LegoBrickMason: the transparant shroud is not from a set. It’s a test shot from a Lego factory, probably in transparant ABS to check the mold for imperfections (for example, for unwanted inclusions of air). These pieces sometimes make their way out of the factory by accident. The ghost shroud has also been found in red ABS as a test shot piece.
